Chez Bure - Bure Homestay

This was the first time we stayed at Kanchanaburi. We travelled from Bangkok via Grab. The destination was easy to get to, situated at the side of the main road. On arrival the staff checked our passport, gave us our key and we were set to go to our room. This quick process was nice after nearly a 3 hour journey. The room was decent sized but more importantly clean and smelled lovely, with a Fan in the bathroom and AC for the room. The location also is great if you want to order food via GRAB. You get the option of putting a sign out if you want your room made. If not staff will put new towels, toilet paper bin bags etc onto a little hamper stand outside your room. Check out was also a breeze. Just to note the staff are not fluent in English but this did not cause any issues.

I had an excellent stay! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond, always ready to offer assistance or recommendations with a genuine smile. One delightful perk was the fresh complimentary snacks provided daily. It was such a nice touch to have local treats giving a taste of the area’s flavors without even stepping outside. The location is also a huge plus, just a short distance from Kanchanaburi station, which made travel super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of charming restaurants and cafes within walking distance, offering a range of delicious food options. It’s the perfect spot to relax while still being close to all the action while in Kanchanaburi. For anyone looking to stay in Kanchanaburi with excellent service and thoughtful touches, I highly recommend Chez Bure - Bure Homestay.

It was very welcoming from the time we arrived until we checked out. The room was very clean, with good shower pressure. Free coffee, tea, water and a nice selection of snack food was presented free each morning.

The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and it looked out onto a lovely green space. The staff were extremely helpful. The entire hotel was modern, clean and very bright. But, most importantly it had an elevator.

Staff were so polite and helpful. They only had service and comfort in mind. Lots of parking space, clean hotel. They were unlimited snacks and cool water available for guests. Room was super comfortable with again complimentary snacks and fridge with water bottles. Room had all the basic things of microwave, utensils, bathroom clean and tidy with toothbrush/paste, soaps etc etc. bed was clean and had additional clean towels. We requested no cleaning necessary as we went out for a hike and in return waster bottles, towels, soaps, snacks, etc were put at the door for us. Super impressed with the staff and management. The staff cannot speak English but were always smiling and helpful. The location is very near to good restaurants, bars and convenience stores.
